Due to the personalized nature of our work and the time and resources invested in each project, all payments made for digital creative services on Stripe or any payment process are final and non-refundable. Customer pays 50% deposit then the balance after project delivery.

Revision requests within the agreed project scope will be honored and handled professionally, but they do not qualify for a refund. Refunds will not be issued due to a change of mind, delayed response time from the client, or subjective dissatisfaction after design concepts have been delivered.
